Description

  • Develop, test, and productionize attribution and predictive algorithms using machine learning and optimization models.
  • Contribute to attribution modeling, CAC/mCAC modeling, LTV prediction, marketing mix modeling, and multichannel attribution and testing.
  • Design experiments and interpret results to produce actionable conclusions.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams.
  • Develop, test, and own production marketing attribution models to improve budgeting and marketing efficiency.
  • Support the end-to-end model development cycle from problem definition to productionization and maintenance.
  • Apply statistical modeling and advanced analytics to generate product-shaping insights.

Requirements

  • 5 years of professional experience in a quantitative analysis role outside academic and internship settings, preferably at top companies.
  • FMCG or fintech experience is preferred.
  • At least an MSc in a scientific discipline such as Physics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics; a PhD is preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of statistical inference, Bayesian statistics, causal inference, time series analysis, and mathematical optimization.
  • Extensive experience in multichannel attribution modeling and marketing mix modeling.
  • Strong Python programming experience with tools such as Pandas, SciPy, XGBoost, Jupyter/iPython notebooks, and PyMC3.
  • Extensive experience with the full predictive/prescriptive model development cycle, including problem definition, productionization, and maintenance.
  • Excellent data modeling and SQL skills, with familiarity with cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience designing and analyzing experiments in digital products, including A/B tests and multivariate tests.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
