Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of brand and agency clients across the Central and Eastern US.
  • Oversee end-to-end programmatic campaign execution across major DSPs, including onboarding, trafficking, pacing, optimization, and wrap reporting.
  • Translate client KPIs into activation strategies across Managed Service, PMPs, and Programmatic Guaranteed deals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and build client-facing narratives that connect media outcomes to brand objectives.
  • Diagnose and resolve delivery issues, pacing discrepancies, deal failures, and third-party verification conflicts.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Product, and Finance to resolve issues quickly and communicate progress clearly.
  • Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities and lead strategic planning conversations to support revenue growth.
  • Guide clients on audience strategy using Unity Audience Hub, including first-party and third-party audience inputs.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, platform training sessions, reporting readouts, and format selection recommendations.
  • Contribute to workflow improvements, shared playbooks, and internal efficiency efforts, including use of AI tools to streamline work.

Requirements

  • Expert-level experience activating and troubleshooting campaigns across major DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, StackAdapt, and Yahoo.
  • Strong understanding of RTB auctions, PMP and Programmatic Guaranteed deal structures, and common points of failure at the bid, win, or render stage.
  • Experience managing books of business exceeding $25MM+.
  • Hands-on experience with trafficking, tag implementation, pixel QA, creative troubleshooting, and impression reconciliation.
  • Ability to work in large datasets and turn performance data into clear, actionable client stories.
  • Proficiency connecting campaign signals such as VCR, viewability, brand lift, footfall, and ROAS to business objectives across funnel stages.
  • Experience leading QBRs with senior agency and brand stakeholders and delivering strategic recommendations under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prioritize a complex book of business.
  • Ability to work in English for professional verbal and written exchanges with global colleagues and partners.
  • Preferred experience managing invoicing, credit checks, past-due escalations, and quarter-end revenue actualization in Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Preferred familiarity with Unity's supply, Audience Hub, or other gaming-specific advertising platforms.
  • Preferred experience piloting measurement or targeting solutions with third-party vendors such as Kantar, Disqo, Samba TV, Adelaide, and Foursquare.
  • Preferred vertical expertise in Entertainment, QSR, CPG, Retail, or Pharma.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
