Description

  • Execute the technical onboarding sprint for new clients, including SDK integration, MMP attribution, and API handshakes.
  • Drive newly onboarded accounts toward early success thresholds and monetization within the first 90 days.
  • Serve as the primary technical, operational, and liaison contact for new partners during onboarding.
  • Support Offerwall clients with virtual currency configuration, entry point optimization, exchange rates, A/B testing, and campaign allow-listing.
  • Provide operational onboarding support, basic technical troubleshooting, and performance benchmarking for Unity Ads clients.
  • Manage financial and compliance tasks such as payout configurations, App ID unlinking, and creative compliance reviews.
  • Centralize and resolve onboarding blockers through dedicated communication channels while eliminating ad hoc shadow support for Sales.
  • Document client friction points and integration issues, then report them to Product and Engineering to improve self-serve workflows.
  • Maintain a response SLA of under 24 hours for technical blockers and help reduce go-live lag time.
  • Work across product pillars through cross-training and flexible support based on business needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or technical support within the mobile advertising or ad-tech industry.
  • Hands-on experience with SDKs, API integrations, and major mobile measurement partners such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Kochava, or Singular.
  • Direct experience with Offerwall launch, onboarding, or operations.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex internal back-end tools, data dashboards such as Looker, and AI-enabled support tools or knowledge bases.
  • Strong data analysis skills, including Excel and pivot tables.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with high-pressure Sales teams and external technical counterparts.
  • Ability to set boundaries and eliminate shadow tasks through clear ownership and coordination.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin, which are the core working languages.
  • Experience in the mobile advertising ecosystem is required.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position, and work visa or immigration sponsorship is not available.
