Description

  • Manage an active caseload of approximately 100-150 cases.
  • Evaluate prospective cases and make funding decisions of up to $25K based on case merits.
  • Communicate with attorneys, clients, and medical providers to support care and service outcomes.
  • Coordinate medical treatment for accident victims, including scheduling appointments, reviewing medical records, and arranging transportation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with law firms and medical providers.
  • Maintain workflow by prioritizing daily and weekly tasks.
  • Review dashboards, verify data, and track basic trends through weekly metrics reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet service levels and revenue goals.
  • Assist with training new team members as needed.
  • Provide daily customer service and articulate the company process and mission.

Requirements

  • Exemplary customer service and time management skills.
  • Strong organization and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and the lifecycle of a case.
  • Ability to assess case metrics and make timely decisions independently and with supervisor support.
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant industry or legal experience.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, with hours dependent on location and assigned accounts.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of regular talking, hearing, sitting, walking, and computer use.
