Description

  • Manage and maintain customer relationships while responding to enquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Review customer applications, make lending decisions, verify information, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support debt collection activities during busy periods.
  • Work with Compliance to meet legal and regulatory requirements while achieving targets.
  • Cover duties for team members during time off.
  • Prepare documents and reports for management.
  • Protect sensitive customer information and financial records.
  • Stay current on company rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management to apply policy to customer solutions and improve service processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent Danish and English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Punctual, attentive, and focused on accuracy, quality, and service levels.
  • Fast learner with an engaging personality and strong multitasking/prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Essential computer usage skills.
  • Previous experience in finance and knowledge of DK regulations is an advantage but not required.
  • Active MitID account is a plus.
