Description

  • Own and manage the full hiring process from vacancy launch to the candidate’s start date.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, must-have requirements, and realistic market-aligned expectations.
  • Run autonomous full-cycle recruiting for complex, business-critical roles from intake to offer.
  • Conduct in-depth HR interviews to assess motivation, experience, seniority, business mindset, leadership, and fit.
  • Build and adjust hiring strategy using search results, talent pool data, competition, compensation, and market availability.
  • Work closely with sourcers to set search direction, calibrate profiles, and refine sourcing strategy.
  • Ensure a strong candidate experience through transparent communication, timely feedback, and professional offer handling.
  • Monitor timelines, agreements, feedback, and risks to keep the process moving without delays.
  • Use recruiting analytics to identify funnel bottlenecks and improve hiring decisions.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy data in the ATS.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, including at least one product IT company.
  • Proven experience closing Product, Marketing, Senior, Head, and/or C-level roles.
  • Strong full-cycle recruiting experience with autonomous ownership from kickoff to candidate start.
  • Experience using non-standard search channels and out-of-the-box candidate search methods.
  • Data-driven recruiting approach with ability to analyze funnels, bottlenecks, and source quality.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills for partnering with hiring managers.
  • Strong sourcing and research skills, including building talent maps and assessing market availability.
  • Understanding of Product and Marketing roles, product team structures, business models, and digital products.
  • Strong screening interview skills for assessing seniority, motivation, leadership, and business fit.
  • Experience with ATS tools and maintaining accurate data; English at Intermediate level or higher.
  • Preferred: experience in international hiring and cross-market talent pools.
  • Preferred: experience improving hiring processes, interview flow, and candidate experience.
  • Preferred: experience with recruitment marketing, employer branding, or attraction tools.
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with AI and automation tools in recruiting such as Claude or ChatGPT.
