Description

  • Research and communicate with influencers, content creators, and UGC creators for marketing campaigns.
  • Support influencer marketing campaigns from outreach through performance tracking.
  • Work with content briefs, scripts, references, and content approvals.
  • Coordinate production processes, deadlines, and campaign deliverables.
  • Analyze campaign performance, lead generation, and content effectiveness.
  • Support testing of new marketing ideas, creatives, and growth approaches.
  • Maintain basic reporting on campaign results, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Growth, and User Acquisition teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in marketing, influencer marketing, account management, or communication-related roles, or a strong interest in growth marketing.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish at B2+ level.
  • Interest in working with content, communication, and creative tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Interest in social media, influencer marketing, and digital trends.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, basic analytics, and campaign data.
  • Proactive mindset and strong willingness to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of basic performance marketing or User Acquisition metrics is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, CRM systems, or influencer marketing tools is a plus.
  • Experience working with LATAM markets or international campaigns is a plus.
