Description

  • Spend 60%+ of time on the ground organizing pop-up events at community hubs and building a network of local growth ambassadors.
  • Identify, negotiate, and sign partnerships with French-African businesses, grocery stores, and community leaders.
  • Adapt messaging to the cultural nuances of the Senegalese, Ivorian, and Cameroonian diaspora in France.
  • Act as the feedback loop for the product team by identifying user friction and corridor-specific issues.
  • Own user acquisition targets while working within CAC constraints and corridor payback thresholds.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report growth metrics and provide data-driven insights to the P&L lead.
  • Launch and manage digital and offline campaigns with clear attribution and conversion tracking.
  • Develop and scale growth loops such as referral, ambassador, WhatsApp, or event-to-referral channels.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of guerilla growth experience scaling a consumer product through direct user engagement.
  • Experience in fintech or high-velocity logistics is a strong plus.
  • Native French and fluent English language ability.
  • High mobility and willingness to travel across France and occasionally to West Africa.
  • Strong analytical ownership with comfort tracking CAC, retention, and geo-level performance metrics.
  • Ability to operate in community settings, events, and field-based growth environments rather than a headquarters role.
  • Experience working with acquisition targets, conversion tracking, and performance-based campaign measurement.
  • Understanding of fragmented payment landscapes and liquidity constraints in African markets is preferred.
