Description

  • Appear on camera regularly in Reels, TikToks, trends, talking-head videos, and storytelling formats.
  • Partner with the Social Media Manager on scripts, concepts, and hooks before filming.
  • Develop and test short-form content formats quickly and iterate based on what performs best.
  • Produce UGC-style and paid ad content designed to convert across the funnel.
  • Track content performance weekly and connect creative decisions to growth metrics.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and contribute native content ideas.
  • Collaborate on campaign moments, product launches, and patient stories.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of growing a brand or personal account, with measurable results.
  • Strong background in UGC and paid ad content.
  • Naturally engaging and compelling on camera.
  • Ability to move from concept to posted content in hours, not days.
  • Strong instinct for short-form video, including hooks, pacing, and captions.
  • Reliable home production setup, including a phone camera, decent lighting, and a quiet space.
  • Willingness to work within FDA marketing compliance constraints for healthcare content.
  • Experience creating content in wellness, health, or telehealth is strongly preferred.
  • An existing audience in the health or wellness space is strongly preferred.
  • Background in paid social or performance creative is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with GLP-1 or compounded medication topics is a bonus.
  • Video editing skills are a bonus.
  • Spanish or Tagalog fluency is a bonus.
  • Full-time employee availability.
  • Fully remote, U.S.-based, with approved-location eligibility.
  • Professional-level English communication.
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours.
