Description

  • Create, develop, and improve machine learning models to enhance business performance and product effectiveness.
  • Define the data science roadmap and lead the technical execution of ML projects.
  • Run experiments and support model-driven product improvements.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Analysts, and Engineers to deliver ML-driven features and enhancements.
  • Apply machine learning algorithms, data structures, and optimization techniques to improve model accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and production maintenance.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in machine learning models, data pipelines, and infrastructure.
  • Deploy API-based models to development and production environments.
  • Stay current with advancements and best practices in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning on tabular data, especially recommendation systems.
  • 4+ years of software development experience in Python with experience working with ML and DL.
  • Experience designing a data science roadmap and leading technical execution.
  • Experience with cloud development in AWS or GCP.
  • Experience deploying API models in development and production environments.
  • Practical understanding of A/B testing processes.
  • Practical understanding of the mathematics behind modern machine learning, linear algebra, and statistics.
  • Extensive SQL knowledge.
  • Experience in the social networking niche is a plus.
