Description

  • Set up and manage HubSpot CRM, including contacts, companies, deals, and pipelines.
  • Build and optimize HubSpot workflows and automation.
  • Create and manage lead capture forms, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Configure lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and segmentation.
  • Build dashboards and custom reports.
  • Implement and manage HubSpot sales tools such as tasks, sequences, and templates.
  • Clean and organize CRM data, including properties, lists, and duplicates.
  • Integrate HubSpot with external tools such as Zapier, Gmail, and WhatsApp.
  • Provide HubSpot training and documentation to support the team.
  • Monitor performance and recommend weekly improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot.
  • Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, workflows, pipelines, reporting, integrations, and best practices.
  • Experience setting up and managing HubSpot CRM objects and pipelines.
  • Experience building and optimizing automation, lead capture, and email marketing assets.
  • Experience with lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and segmentation.
  • Experience creating dashboards and custom reports.
  • Experience with HubSpot sales tools such as tasks, sequences, and templates.
  • Ability to clean and maintain CRM data, including properties, lists, and duplicates.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with tools such as Zapier, Gmail, and WhatsApp.
  • Experience with HubSpot training and documentation is preferred.
