Description

  • Lead enterprise implementation engagements, including solution design, project stand-up, and customer onboarding.
  • Serve as a trusted implementation advisor to customer stakeholders and translate business needs into implementation plans.
  • Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and workflow design workshops.
  • Manage major projects, programs, and co-development initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Document business processes, operational workflows, governance structures, and implementation requirements.
  • Develop solution design artifacts, implementation roadmaps, workflow documentation, and transition materials.
  • Coordinate with Product, Implementation, Customer Success, Network, and other teams to align delivery.
  • Facilitate customer meetings, working sessions, and project governance to drive decisions and accountability.
  • Identify implementation, operational, and organizational risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Monitor project health, milestones, and customer readiness through deployment and transition.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a business, public health, or social services environment.
  • Experience leading complex projects and implementations.
  • Experience building strong relationships with executive stakeholders and delivering customer-centric solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized, agile, and adaptable in changing situations.
  • Experience analyzing data to generate insights and drive action.
  • Experience learning new tools and software; preferred experience with Jira, Salesforce, and Google Suite.
  • Must live in or around Missouri.
  • Must be able to pass a background check including criminal, employment, and education verification.
