Description

  • Support internal engagement models, program documentation, and operational playbooks.
  • Develop external communications and customer-facing enablement collateral.
  • Govern Knowledge Hub content, including webinar program materials and resources.
  • Analyze data, spreadsheets, and dashboards to identify insights and communicate recommendations.
  • Create polished written deliverables, visuals, executive summaries, and reusable enablement resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve consistency, knowledge access, and customer outcomes.
  • Apply AI-enabled productivity tools and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Work independently on ambiguous projects aligned with business priorities and personal strengths.

Requirements

  • Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Management Systems, Operations, or a related field at an accredited institution.
  • Strong written, verbal, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, dashboards, and data storytelling.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans, workflows, content, and insights.
  • Ability to communicate findings through concise summaries, visuals, and recommendations.
  • Interest in customer success, software, content strategy, communications, operations, AI-enabled workflows, or process improvement.
  • Curiosity about AI tools and experience building agentic workflows.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment as a motivated self-starter.
  • Willingness to learn about technology and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
