Description

  • Lead delivery across active engagements as the senior client-facing contact and final deliverable reviewer.
  • Oversee state-scale program evaluation design, implementation, multi-site architecture, metric development, readiness assessment, and performance reporting.
  • Lead or oversee public health data modernization, including data strategy, HIE integration, data governance, data quality, and workforce capacity-building.
  • Manage standing client relationships, including scope, budgets, satisfaction, and organic growth opportunities.
  • Develop technical approaches, budgets, pricing, and proposal content; participate in go/no-go decisions and client pitches.
  • Identify delivery risks, recommend mitigations, and contribute to after-action reviews and knowledge capture.
  • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level staff through coaching and stretch assignments.
  • Contribute to MEQI practice strategy, technical standards, thought leadership, publications, presentations, and capability materials.
  • Provide senior technical guidance, quality oversight, and subject-matter expertise across the firm.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in public health, epidemiology, health policy, health informatics, biostatistics, or a related field; PhD or terminal degree preferred.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a consulting environment.
  • At least 4 years of people management experience and demonstrated staff development experience.
  • At least 7 years of client-facing experience, including 4 or more years in project leadership roles.
  • Experience managing state-level or large-scope client relationships, budgets, and project scope.
  • Senior-level business development experience, including proposal writing and client relationship development.
  • Strong quantitative and/or qualitative analytical abilities and familiarity with evaluation, quality improvement, performance management, or public health data modernization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, facilitation, presentation, and technical translation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and staff while maintaining accountability and precision.
  • Familiarity with state government procurement, multi-party teaming, federal funding landscapes such as RHTP or PHIG, and local/state public health systems preferred; U.S. work authorization required because visa sponsorship is unavailable.

  • Annual salary range of $99,840–$162,240.
  • Remote-first, full-time home-office position within the U.S., with occasional travel.
