Description

  • Serve as the primary analytics consultant for priority customers and help them use analytics and predictive capabilities to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success leaders to define success criteria and incorporate outcomes into Joint Success Plans.
  • Lead customer-specific analytics strategies aligned to business objectives and operational priorities.
  • Design and evaluate programs for priority customers so interventions are measurable and methodologically sound.
  • Gather business requirements for custom data solutions and predictive models.
  • Support predictive analytics implementations, adoption, and long-term customer engagement.
  • Translate model outputs and complex data science concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for customers and executives.
  • Assess customer data readiness and communicate modeling requirements and constraints to Data Science teams.
  • Track analytics adoption and impact across customers and identify opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Contribute to analytics best practices, reusable frameworks, internal enablement, and informal mentoring.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in predictive analytics, analytics consulting, or advanced data-driven strategy roles.
  • 3+ years of experience working with social care, population health, or other SDoH datasets.
  • Experience in public health, Medicaid policy, and/or healthcare delivery using data and analytics to inform strategy and outcomes.
  • Preferred experience with Medical & Rx Claims datasets and medical economics analyses.
  • Strong background in predictive modeling, machine learning, or advanced statistical methods.
  • Significant experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with SQL.
  • Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles involving strategic solution implementation and long-term partnership.
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences with strong executive presence.
  • Experience using AI-assisted tools to validate outputs, troubleshoot issues, and improve analytics workflows.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, HubSpot, Asana, Jira, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or Health Policy required.
  • Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) preferred.
  • Must live in ET or CT time zones; remote U.S.-based role.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% and pass a background check.
