Description

  • Translate complex business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct constellation capacity analyses across geographies and products.
  • Own and develop datasets and tools analyzing customer behavior, product usage, revenue, pricing, and operational performance.
  • Maintain and expand Python- and SQL-based workflows for large operational datasets.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and go-to-market teams on deals, customer requirements, product structures, and commercial tradeoffs.
  • Improve the organization, documentation, modularity, and reproducibility of analytical code.
  • Communicate findings, assumptions, limitations, and business implications to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least five years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science, or a related field.
  • Advanced Python proficiency for data analysis and familiarity with SQL.
  • Ability to translate complex business questions into structured analysis.
  • Strong business and technical acumen with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to analytical accuracy.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 5% of working days.
  • Ability to work independently in a technical, data-rich environment with minimal guidance.
  • U.S.-born citizenship required due to program requirements; U.S. export-control eligibility also applies.
  • Advanced graduate degree or MBA, geospatial or remote sensing experience, product or sales experience, and startup experience preferred.

Benefits

  • Seattle salary range of $130,000–$145,000 per year.
