Description

  • Manage day-to-day financial management operations and assigned tasks.
  • Troubleshoot financial system issues and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Analyze financial data, research discrepancies, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Assist commands with financial resources and system-related support.
  • Prepare financial reports, analyses, correspondence, and other written products.
  • Develop SOPs, desktop procedures, process narratives, technical manuals, and related documentation.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Government personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Support audit readiness, financial compliance, and financial management assessments.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in financial management, financial systems, business operations, DoD programs, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, information systems, or a related discipline.
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Experience analyzing financial data and resolving financial or systems-related problems.
  • Experience preparing financial reports, analyses, correspondence, or professional documentation.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with Government personnel, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience with DoD or Federal Government organizations, DAI, SABRS, Advana, ETMS2, financial help desks, Marine Corps processes, or comparable systems preferred.
