Description

  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail.
  • Build pipeline from scratch and own the full sales cycle in an early-stage environment.
  • Translate AI/ML capabilities into clear business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute multi-year account expansion strategies across IT, product, and innovation teams.
  • Partner directly with the VP of Sales and founders to refine enterprise strategy and shape the sales playbook.
  • Influence the product roadmap through close collaboration with leadership and customer needs.
  • Close strategic enterprise deals that define the company’s market position.
  • Operate as a key contributor to the company’s go-to-market motion and revenue engine.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with consistent quota overachievement at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Proven track record of closing $1M+ ACV deals in early-stage environments.
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions to CIO organizations.
  • Background in AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, enterprise data platforms, or management consulting.
  • Experience working with highly regulated industries and complex compliance requirements.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, own outcomes, and build from scratch.
  • Nice-to-have: Prior success in regulated industries.
  • Nice-to-have: Previous early-stage startup experience.
