Description

  • Drive enterprise sales cycles with highly regulated organizations across FinServ, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline creation through closing strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Build pipeline from scratch in an early-stage environment without an established playbook or hand-raisers.
  • Translate complex AI and ML capabilities into business outcomes for C-suite and CIO stakeholders.
  • Position Unframe as a buy-vs-build alternative for enterprise AI capabilities.
  • Develop multi-year account expansion strategies and deepen relationships across IT, product, and innovation teams.
  • Collaborate directly with the VP of Sales and founders to refine enterprise strategy.
  • Help shape the sales playbook and influence the product roadmap.
  • Land the company’s first major customers and support market positioning.
  • Operate as a high-ownership individual contributor in a performance-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with consistent quota overachievement at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Proven track record closing $1M+ ACV deals in early-stage environments.
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions to CIO organizations.
  • Background in AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, enterprise data platforms, or management consulting.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries with complex compliance requirements.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort thriving in ambiguity.
  • Ability to own outcomes and build from scratch.
  • Nice-to-have: prior success in regulated industries and early-stage companies.
  • Location: Italy, remote.
