Description

  • Develop new business with channel resellers and key customer accounts in Japan.
  • Evangelize the company’s all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to manufacturing customers.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships that support value realization and high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to win new customers.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Pre-sales, Partner Sales, and Field Marketing teams to execute enterprise deals.
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Assess, plan, and actively manage the territory to maximize revenue and efficiency.
  • Lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and internal partners.
  • Drive post-sales customer success and build referenceable business.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of outside sales experience focused on new logo acquisition or business development.
  • Sales experience in the financial industry.
  • Deep knowledge of the financial industry.
  • Strong prospecting skills and a proven track record of opening new customer relationships.
  • Ability to engage manufacturing customers in Japan and understand their business challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to plan and manage a territory for revenue and efficiency.
  • Consistent history of exceeding quota and producing referenceable business.
  • Moderate English reading comprehension is required for job-related tasks.
  • Authenticity, creativity, and a Challenger Mindset are preferred qualities.
  • Passion for post-sales customer success is preferred.
