Description

  • Manage 1-3 existing strategic automotive accounts with a land-and-expand approach.
  • Generate new business opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers to drive long-term account growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand account needs and advance the sales cycle.
  • Engage stakeholders across business lines, including C-level executives and below.
  • Represent the full Celonis solution suite, with emphasis on Finance and Supply Chain use cases.
  • Own an individual revenue target for closing six- and seven-figure deals.
  • Work closely with partners such as consulting firms and SaaS vendors.
  • Orchestrate complex sales cycles with internal teams and external partners.
  • Address customer- and industry-specific use cases within the automotive sector.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of total relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Management or Business Process Consulting.
  • Complementary experience in SaaS sales, in-house consulting, or similar areas is preferred.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and engage effectively at the C-level.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of key processes and KPIs across the enterprise value chain.
  • Deep knowledge of the Automotive or Manufacturing industry, particularly Finance and Supply Chain.
  • Solid understanding of the automotive industry.
  • Fluent German and English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, high-growth, and constantly changing environment.
  • Collaborative, inclusive mindset with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to leverage internal resources.
