Description

  • Serve as the long-term trusted partner for customers and help them solve remote and hybrid work challenges with Miro.
  • Build territory and account plans to define acquisition and expansion strategies.
  • Drive account revenue growth by aligning the interests of multiple client partners.
  • Proactively reach out to new trials and users within customer accounts to expand use cases and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and inspire new ways Miro can address their challenges.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data to support strategy and future growth.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas for pipeline, forecasting, and closed business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing experience with Tech/SaaS companies.
  • 3+ years of experience selling into large enterprise accounts.
  • Proven ability to hold meaningful conversations and build relationships with CxO and VP/GM business leaders.
  • Strong prospecting, territory planning, and team-selling experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and opportunity qualification methodologies such as MEDDPIC.
  • Ability to work well in ambiguity and collaborate with a growing team.
  • Native-level Japanese and conversational English, both spoken and written.
