Description

  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles in regulated industries such as FinServ, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail.
  • Build pipeline from scratch in an early-stage environment and win strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Translate AI/ML capabilities into clear business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute account expansion strategies over multi-year customer relationships.
  • Build deep relationships across IT, product, and innovation teams within target accounts.
  • Partner directly with the VP of Sales and founders to refine enterprise strategy.
  • Influence the product roadmap through close collaboration with leadership.
  • Help shape the company’s sales playbook and go-to-market motion.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with consistent quota overachievement at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Proven track record of closing $1M+ ACV deals in early-stage environments.
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions to CIO organizations.
  • Background in AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, enterprise data platforms, or management consulting.
  • Experience succeeding in highly regulated industries with complex compliance requirements.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and build from scratch.
  • Regulated industry experience is preferred.
  • Early-stage startup success is preferred.
