Description

  • Drive new customer acquisition across a broad US West territory.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of named prospect accounts from outreach through close.
  • Run the full sales process, including presentation, negotiation, and deal closure using the MEDDPICC framework.
  • Identify and develop relationships with economic champions and buyers within major accounts.
  • Position Forter’s value proposition to business and technical stakeholders across enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, and Pre-sales Solutions Consultants on lead generation, account activity, tailored presentations, and ROI models.
  • Provide field feedback and analysis to help shape sales collateral and expansion planning.
  • Represent Forter at industry events and sales meetings with key eCommerce players.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a quota-carrying direct sales executive with a track record of exceeding annual targets.
  • Proven success selling innovative solutions or services to merchants and large enterprises.
  • Strong preference for experience in FinTech and eCommerce solutions, including analytics, platforms, financial, or technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in target account selling in a multi-regional capacity.
  • Strong network and enterprise sales experience within top 500 eCommerce companies is a plus.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and leverage industry contacts to develop and close new business.
  • Understanding of the online payment industry, including credit card issuing/acquiring and its ecosystem, is a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Exceptional executive presence with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
