Description

  • Drive the sales process from qualification and introduction through closing and handoff to customer service.
  • Generate net-new business and build pipeline to achieve annual quota and revenue targets.
  • Manage and project-manage RFPs, acting as the liaison between sales and proposal teams.
  • Lead discovery calls and deliver customized presentations tailored to prospective customers.
  • Represent and sell specific product areas, including ROI reporting, utilization reporting, and geo-access/network reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners such as BDRs, alliance partners, benefits consultants, brokers, and resellers.
  • Use market-facing presentations and internal enablement materials to support the sales process.
  • Attend conferences and occasional company or customer events.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Work with cross-functional peers and leaders to support pipeline growth from multiple sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • BDR experience before AE experience preferred, or relevant prospecting experience.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace tools, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms.
  • Strong working knowledge of the benefits or mental health and wellness space preferred.
  • Client-facing experience with mid-to-large sized clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the year for conferences and customers if required.
  • Proactive approach to customer engagement.
  • Self-starter with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
