Description

  • Develop and execute the company’s channel strategy aligned to revenue goals.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value channel partners such as VARs, GSIs, MSPs, and technology partners.
  • Build joint business plans with strategic partners and establish partner segmentation and coverage models.
  • Create and deliver partner enablement programs including sales training, technical onboarding, and certifications.
  • Equip partners with positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation to help them sell Unframe solutions.
  • Support partners with pipeline generation, deal execution, co-selling, and joint marketing campaigns.
  • Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets and track channel performance.
  • Forecast channel pipeline, establish KPIs, and maintain reporting dashboards.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support a scalable partner motion.
  • Provide partner and customer insights back to Product and collaborate on account expansion strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or ecosystem development, preferably in B2B SaaS or AI.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner revenue.
  • Experience working with VARs, GSIs, MSPs, or cloud providers.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in AI, data, or enterprise technology is preferred.
  • Experience selling into or recruiting partners within VAR ecosystems is preferred.
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups is preferred.
  • Location in EMEA with remote work capability.
