Description

  • Develop project estimates, schedules, work plans, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Allocate resources, manage dependencies, and monitor task completion.
  • Coordinate day-to-day cross-functional project activities and resolve delivery issues.
  • Serve as the operational contact for timelines, deliverables, risks, and workflow coordination.
  • Facilitate status meetings, check-ins, agendas, minutes, and action-item tracking.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies with management.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and other documentation.
  • Monitor deliverables for quality and coordinate reviews and approvals.
  • Prepare progress updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and address concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a project management role; pharmaceutical client experience preferred.
  • Experience in the media industry, preferably at a media agency.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Scrum, and Agile.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Wrike, Asana, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
  • Knowledge of digital media best practices and media execution across digital and traditional channels.
  • Experience with project types including online advertising, analytics, conferences, print, broadcast, and campaign reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and maintain focus under pressure.
