Description

  • Collaborate with creative leads, designers, animators, producers, and clients to support project execution.
  • Implement and follow production processes while managing multiple workstreams and teams.
  • Develop or co-develop project plans with other producers and the Executive Producer.
  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and status communications to keep work on time, on budget, and on scope.
  • Provide weekly project status updates in production meetings.
  • Evaluate ideas against feasibility, budget, timeline, materials, technology, fabrication, location, and operational needs.
  • Travel occasionally for client meetings and on-site project management.
  • Improve internal processes to support operational efficiency and excellence.
  • Use team-based tools such as Figma, Notion, Google Drive, and resource management tools to stay organized.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience managing projects and teams.
  • Experience with integrated campaigns, brand systems, content, and animation.
  • Retail and/or event design deliverables experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Ability to work effectively with remote team members.
  • Experience using Figma, Notion, and Float or similar management tools.
  • Experience with events and activations is a plus.
  • Experience with brand, retail, web, and non-traditional interactive media production is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Agile project management practices is preferred.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects with complex timelines and cross-functional teams is preferred.
  • Ability to work in the United States is required.
