Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and drive delivery of technology projects from kickoff through close.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and budgets with clients and delivery teams.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and change while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as standups, planning sessions, and retrospectives as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the engagement.
  • Track progress, remove blockers, and report status to leadership and clients.
  • Ensure delivery quality stays aligned with business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing software or technology projects end to end.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
  • Comfort working in a client-facing consulting environment.
  • Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity.
  • PMP, CSM, or an equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Technical background or experience managing engineering teams is a plus.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Asana is a plus.
  • Experience delivering projects across multiple industries is a plus.
