Description

  • Lead complex digital projects and programs from initiation through completion, managing scope, roadmaps, timelines, resources, budgets, and contracts.
  • Translate client business outcomes into project plans, execution strategies, and measurable delivery goals.
  • Own delivery artifacts including statements of work, plans, status reports, resource trackers, risk logs, and closure materials.
  • Select and adapt Agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies to meet engagement needs.
  • Manage AI-enabled delivery guardrails, review gates, permissions, risks, and human approval of AI-assisted outputs.
  • Use AI tools and automation to improve workflows, planning, documentation, and reporting.
  • Serve as the primary client contact and facilitate strategy sessions, UX reviews, demos, and other workshops.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, scope changes, risks, dependencies, difficult conversations, and escalation to senior leaders.
  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams across Strategy, Design, Engineering, QA, and Data.
  • Mentor Project Managers and Coordinators and build reusable project management and AI delivery assets.

Requirements

  • 8+ years leading end-to-end digital solution delivery in consulting or agency environments for enterprise clients.
  • Experience partnering with Director-, VP-, and C-suite-level client stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Agile and waterfall frameworks and the ability to select the appropriate approach for each engagement.
  • Experience with digital ecosystems including composable/headless CMS, e-commerce, loyalty, personalization, and analytics.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Notion, Instagantt, Smartsheet, and Google Suite.
  • Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and delivery workflows across product, design, development, and QA.
  • Experience leading headless implementations using platforms such as CommerceTools, BigCommerce, Contentful, Contentstack, Talon.one, EagleEye, Stytch, Okta, Auth0, Ninetailed, or Segment.
  • Hands-on experience using LLMs such as Claude or Gemini for planning, documentation, and reporting, with the ability to critically evaluate AI outputs.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, creative problem-solving, emotional intelligence, coaching ability, and adaptability.
  • Preferred qualifications include agentic delivery experience, BMAD, Markdown, CLI AI tools, MCP connectors, AI certifications, commerce or loyalty experience, a Computer Science background, or PMP/Agile/Scrum certification.
