Description

  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, scoping, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and execute a territory plan to win new logos and grow revenue within existing enterprise accounts.
  • Sell the full portfolio of offensive security services, including penetration testing, red teaming, cloud security testing, and managed offensive capabilities.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline with 3x+ quota coverage and accurate forecasting.
  • Lead consultative conversations with CISOs, engineering leaders, AppSec teams, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Partner with technical subject matter experts and consulting leaders to shape solutions that align to client risk, maturity, and regulatory needs.
  • Develop multi-threaded relationships within accounts to improve deal velocity and renewal outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, statements of work, and value-based proposals.
  • Work closely with the consulting delivery team to scope engagements accurately and support customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns, regional events, and account-based marketing programs.
  • Share market intelligence and competitive insights with product, delivery, and executive leadership teams.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual bookings targets while maintaining CRM accuracy and pipeline discipline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful quota-carrying experience selling cybersecurity consulting or technical professional services.
  • Strong preference for experience selling offensive security services.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding annual bookings targets.
  • Strong understanding of penetration testing methodologies, red teaming frameworks, and enterprise security needs.
  • Exceptional consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
  • Existing network of CISOs, security leaders, or procurement contacts across the Mid-Atlantic region preferred.
  • Experience with multi-year programs, managed offensive services, retained services, or high-value red team engagements preferred.
  • Experience selling into highly regulated sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, energy, pharmaceuticals, or critical infrastructure preferred.
  • Experience with managed services such as MDR, continuous penetration testing, attack surface management, or breach-and-attack simulation preferred.
  • Ability to connect offensive testing insights to broader security initiatives such as secure SDLC, product security, cloud hardening, and tabletop exercises preferred.

  • $120,000 - $170,000 annual base salary.
