Description

  • Generate leads through outbound outreach via calls, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Manage inbound referrals and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls and presentations with prospective clients.
  • Handle objections and negotiate deal terms to close sales.
  • Meet revenue targets and contribute to overall sales performance.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and reporting in CRM.
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle and after sale when needed.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Turkish and English.
  • Proven experience in closing roles such as Sales Executive or Account Executive.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience with both outbound and inbound sales.
  • Experience managing pipeline activity through CRM.
  • Experience working in a sales role based in Turkey.
