Description

  • Own the Integrations surface end to end, including data out and data in integrations, and drive its strategy.
  • Build and maintain traditional API integrations as well as agentic MCP-based integrations.
  • Evolve the integrations platform so customers, partners, and agents can build on it confidently.
  • Deepen priority integrations and define how new integrations are onboarded.
  • Partner with Automations to make integrations the substrate for AI agents without fragmenting the surface.
  • Set the architectural direction for the integrations platform in close partnership with engineering.
  • Define the next phase of Integrations with a clear thesis and quarterly sequencing.
  • Influence group-level decisions through storytelling and strategic framing.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, customer expectations, and the AI landscape to guide strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, research, marketing, customer success, sales, and Partnerships.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, documentation, and decision making.

Requirements

  • Strategic product thinker with strong product instincts and high ownership.
  • Experience as a platform PM with integration platforms, connector frameworks, or developer-facing surfaces.
  • Deep familiarity with APIs, webhooks, SDKs, OAuth/auth flows, and event systems.
  • Familiarity with agents, LLMs, context management, and RAG.
  • Understanding of workflow automation and agentic action enabled by integrations.
  • AI-native mindset with active experience building with LLMs, agents, and tool-use frameworks.
  • Technical depth to discuss auth flows, connector architecture, rate limiting, retries, and event flows with engineers.
  • Comfort discussing trade-offs around reliability, observability, performance, and partner contract changes.
  • Strong customer-first discovery and validation skills, with the ability to use data and early signals to test ideas quickly.
  • Strong storytelling, strategic framing, and cross-functional influence skills.
  • Strong triad collaboration with engineering and design, and ability to lead through influence.
  • High agency, proactive mindset, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Strong product craft, including writing clear specifications and managing complex cross-team initiatives.
  • Data-driven prioritization skills and ability to define a measurement model without relying on a data analyst for every question.
  • Experience working in distributed and remote teams with strong asynchronous alignment.
  • A mindset of continuous learning, improvement, and collaboration.
  • Preferred experience shipping integration platforms or iPaaS products such as Zapier, Make, Workato, Tray.io, or n8n.
  • Preferred experience as a PM on third-party integrations surfaces inside horizontal SaaS ecosystems such as Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Notion.
  • Preferred experience designing developer platforms, including SDKs, developer portals, marketplaces, and partner programs.
  • Preferred experience launching an LLM-powered or agentic feature where integrations were the action surface.
  • Preferred experience working with external partners and partner business development teams.
