Description

  • Own the roadmap, backlog, and outcomes for a defined product area in partnership with engineering and design.
  • Run customer and internal discovery to identify problems worth solving and translate insights into clear requirements.
  • Write concise product specs and user stories, and make prioritization and trade-off decisions.
  • Partner with engineering throughout the delivery cycle to keep work moving and focused on outcomes.
  • Define success metrics for shipped work, instrument them, and report on results.
  • Work with customer success, support, and sales to understand real-world product performance and improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute ideas to broader product strategy grounded in customer needs and product data.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy products.
  • A strong bias toward user conversations and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Solid analytical skills with comfort digging into data to understand behavior and measure impact.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to align engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a drive to own outcomes, not just outputs.
  • Experience with fintech, AP/AR, ERP, accounting, or finance-adjacent products is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-powered features is preferred.
  • Experience working with operationally complex or multi-location customers is preferred.
