Description

  • Design and lead the marketing roadmap supporting Typeform’s sales-led and outbound growth motion.
  • Develop the strategy connecting paid media, events, and account-based marketing to pipeline generation.
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to define and optimize the marketing-to-sales funnel.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives translate into qualified pipeline and faster deal velocity.
  • Oversee and grow the paid media team and expand performance marketing beyond inbound demand.
  • Optimize Search, Social, and Programmatic campaigns to improve acquisition efficiency and ROI.
  • Build a repeatable event-to-pipeline engine and convert event engagement into pipeline.
  • Stand up early ABM infrastructure, including tools, processes, and target-account programs.
  • Collaborate with Web, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to improve conversion across the funnel.
  • Define clear MQL criteria, handoff processes, and sales enablement assets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading performance marketing or growth marketing teams.
  • Experience supporting sales-led or enterprise go-to-market motions.
  • Strong track record building pipeline generation strategies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience implementing or operating account-based marketing programs.
  • Experience designing and scaling event-based lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnel optimization.
  • Experience leading people and building accountable teams.
  • Comfort building processes, measurement frameworks, and new operating models.
  • Excellent communication skills across marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders.
  • Builder mindset and ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
  • Must be based in the US Eastern Time (ET) timezone for this fully remote role.
  • Pay range of $205,000 to $255,000 USD base salary.
  • Eligible for a 5-10% bonus depending on level and performance.
