Description

  • Own a portfolio of customer accounts and manage the overall commercial relationship.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with customers and ensure they continue to realise value from the platform.
  • Lead renewals and account growth conversations.
  • Build trusted relationships across engineering, platform, and leadership stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex customer environments and connect customers with the right internal expertise.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to support customer outcomes.
  • Maintain strong communication, organisation, and follow-through across all accounts.
  • Guide customers through commercial discussions and help resolve needs or blockers.
  • Support customers using a technical product in environments involving APIs and connected systems.

Requirements

  • Experience owning customer relationships in a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
  • Track record of managing commercial customer relationships, including renewals and account growth.
  • Experience working with technical products or engineering-led organisations.
  • Ability to build relationships across both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Confidence leading commercial conversations and navigating complex customer environments.
  • Strong organisation, communication, and follow-through.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
  • Comfort working with technically sophisticated products and customers.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively manage long-term partnerships.
