Description

  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn Ads, to generate inbound pipeline.
  • A/B test creative, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Refine the ideal customer profile and segment accounts and contacts using engagement and conversion data.
  • Build, launch, and optimize outbound prospecting sequences across LinkedIn and email.
  • Own cadence design, messaging, and reply handling for multi-channel outbound campaigns.
  • Build and manage an owned professional community and develop engagement loops that support pipeline growth.
  • Own end-to-end field marketing and event execution, including outreach, logistics, collateral, scheduling, and follow-up.
  • Use GenAI workflows to create and refine campaign copy, sequence messaging, ad creative, and community content.
  • Track and report on top-of-funnel metrics, including MQLs, reply and engagement rates, ROI, and pipeline contribution by channel.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in growth marketing or demand generation at a B2B startup.
  • Hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns with budget ownership and pipeline-focused optimization.
  • Experience building or managing outbound sequences on a major platform.
  • High proficiency with GenAI tools for content creation and workflow automation.
  • Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and iteration based on performance metrics.
  • Strong written communication skills for crafting effective messaging.
  • Willingness to travel for industry events.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, identity, or healthcare verticals is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HeyReach, Apollo, Clay, or HubSpot is preferred.
  • LinkedIn Ads experience is preferred.
  • Community building experience is preferred.
  • Any coding ability, such as scripting, basic web development, or automation, is preferred.
