Description

  • Enter information into internal systems accurately and consistently.
  • Maintain complete, up-to-date, and compliant records and documentation.
  • Support the team with filing, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
  • Assist with day-to-day operational administration as required.
  • Work with team members to ensure administration processes are completed correctly and smoothly.
  • Check for missing, incomplete, or unclear information and escalate when clarification is needed.
  • Complete tasks within agreed timeframes while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
  • Handle sensitive customer information responsibly and in line with company policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline administrative workflows.
  • Perform other position-level duties as they arise.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or similar coordination role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related discipline is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy across repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage workload effectively.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence using internal systems and learning new software tools quickly.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team goals.
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer information with care, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Reliable and consistent approach to completing day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • No prior insurance experience is required, as full training will be provided.
