Description

  • Send quote requests and follow up with vendors as needed.
  • Compile and organize project-related information and documentation.
  • Implement and execute new plans under team supervision.
  • Serve as a client-facing point of contact by phone and email to resolve servicing issues and provide solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, quotes, and status updates.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks to help ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Client Support, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and other productivity tools.
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles with phone and email communication.
  • Reliable and professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work full-time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, during PST business hours.
