Description

  • Facilitate spoken communication between English- and French-speaking parties during live calls.
  • Accurately interpret conversations between callers and operators (for example, 911/emergency calls) in the caller's preferred language.
  • Convey messages clearly, impartially, and ensure both parties understand each other.
  • Follow assigned shift schedule aligned to US Pacific Time and work five nights per week.
  • Be available to start shifts between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM (shift start window).
  • Work an 8-hour day inclusive of a 1-hour break.
  • Rotate shifts every 3 months according to the schedule.
  • Perform duties from a work-from-home setup and comply with client/remote-work procedures.

Requirements

  • Proficient in spoken and written English and French, including reading and writing in both languages.
  • Available to work night shifts aligned to US Pacific Time with shift start between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
  • Full-time availability for five days per week and 8-hour shifts (includes 1-hour break).
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts that change every 3 months.
  • Entry-level position—no specific formal qualifications required.
  • Eligible applicants must be located in and apply from Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand, or Vietnam only.
  • Ability to work from home (remote) under the employer/client's conditions.

  • Basic salary RM4,800–RM5,200 per month.
