Description

  • Assist project managers and product owners with Salesforce.com work streams.
  • Manage data in Salesforce.com and other business systems, including auditing and resolving large-scale data integrity issues.
  • Collaborate with CPQ and Opportunity Life Cycle Management teams to identify process gaps and develop solutions.
  • Support strategic projects within Opportunity Life Cycle Management and CPQ value streams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve existing Salesforce system issues on a daily basis.
  • Recommend and implement process automation and best practices for CPQ and OLM efficiency.
  • Evaluate the existing codebase to identify gaps and develop more extensible solutions.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs across the revenue funnel and support decision-making.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience with Salesforce.com implementation, including design, configuration, deployment, and Lightning flows.
  • Experience administering Conga CPQ or Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, PLI creation, attribute creation, and CR creation.
  • Hands-on experience building Flow, SOQL, and advanced declarative automation.
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, sharing rules, and security architecture.
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) required.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience debugging and troubleshooting in Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational and business analysis skills; detail-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com configuration best practices.
  • 1+ year of experience designing or developing on Salesforce Apex (preferred).
  • Conga/SFDC CPQ specialist certification (preferred).
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Apex coding (preferred).
  • Experience developing Lightning Components in Salesforce Lightning (preferred).
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (preferred).
