Description

  • Manage and expand key Financial Services and Health & Life Sciences customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue, gross margin, and gross profit growth.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across the account portfolio.
  • Work on cross-functional account teams with product, finance, support, and services partners.
  • Run disciplined forecasts and present guidance to executive leadership.
  • Lead highly consultative sales cycles with large enterprise customers through deep discovery and customer advocacy.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.
  • Build trusted subject matter expertise and share industry updates with the go-to-market sales organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in mid-market, major account, or strategic sales.
  • Experience managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products or solutions for customers.
  • Experience handling relationship management, cross-sells, upsells, and solutions consulting.
  • Ability to work with business and highly technical leaders while influencing and building partnerships.
  • Analytical account development approach grounded in data-driven opportunity identification and value proof.
  • Proven track record managing business forecasts and financial models.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to define process and build programs.
  • History of delivering revenue and gross profit results for large-scale enterprise customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Deep experience with telecom companies, including CPaaS, SMS aggregators, carriers, or global communications platforms, preferred.
  • Domain expertise in a highly quantitative industry such as DevOps, fintech, health and life sciences, advertising optimization, investment banking, security, or commodity trading, preferred.
  • Software, SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS selling experience, preferred.
  • Experience leading complex opportunities with Financial Services and Health & Life Sciences customers, preferred.
  • Remote role with approximately 20% travel required.
  • Role is not eligible to be hired in CT, NJ, NY, WA, Pennsylvania, or parts of California including San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose area.
