Description

  • Design, implement, and deploy predictive models and algorithms to improve sales strategies and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics tools using SQL and BI platforms such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders to identify high-impact data science opportunities.
  • Communicate complex analyses, findings, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
  • Refine metrics, measurement frameworks, and data pipelines to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support growth and efficiency in Twilio’s sales organization through actionable insights and advanced analytics.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in data science or advanced analytics roles.
  • Expert-level SQL skills and dashboarding proficiency with tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Advanced programming experience in Python or R.
  • Deep experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analysis techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including executive-facing presentations.
  • Experience supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales organizations.
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex problems and deliver actionable insights.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners including engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with productionizing machine learning models in cloud environments (preferred).
  • Experience with Git version control and workflow best practices (preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization and feature engineering (preferred).
  • Experience working in enterprise B2B SaaS environments (preferred).
  • Expertise in mathematical optimization and ETL processes (preferred).
  • Familiarity with generative AI and deep learning approaches (preferred).
  • Experience influencing senior leadership and driving organizational change through analytics (preferred).
  • Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (preferred).
