Description

  • Analyze large datasets to extract insights and provide recommendations that improve revenue operations efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain automated data reconciliation and quality checks to detect and resolve reporting discrepancies.
  • Create visualizations that communicate complex data insights to a broad audience.
  • Build and maintain GTM data models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Automate the BI ecosystem by treating dashboards and semantic layers as code.
  • Use Git, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines to make data infrastructure reproducible, version-controlled, and scalable.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and provide analytical support.
  • Improve data quality, reporting processes, and analytics tools through continuous improvement efforts.
  • Codify, document, and reconcile critical business metrics to ensure company-wide alignment.
  • Mentor and communicate technical concepts clearly to different audiences.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related field.
  • Direct experience supporting GTM or sales analytics in a SaaS environment is preferred.
  • Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, especially for executive reporting and sales analytics.
  • Advanced SQL expertise and hands-on experience designing data models.
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define, document, and reconcile business metrics.
  • Experience implementing data quality and testing frameworks, including CI/CD and data observability.
  • Strong technical communication and mentorship skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics is preferred.
  • Experience with code-based BI and semantic tools such as Looker/LookML, dbt, Cube.js, or Apache Superset is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins is preferred.
  • Experience with AI products such as Claude, Cortex, Glean, or Gemini is preferred.
  • Experience with GTM technology stacks such as Salesforce or Gong is preferred.
