Description

  • Lead and mentor a globally distributed team of analysts, Salesforce admins, and other specialists.
  • Define the team vision, strategy, OKRs, and scalable operating frameworks.
  • Own SOX controls and compliance processes and integrate them into PDLC and SDLC cycles.
  • Influence senior leadership on GTM process standardization and transformation strategy.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, the GTMA Product team, Internal Audit, and Engineering to improve efficiency and compliance maturity.
  • Manage vendor relationships and external consultants when needed.
  • Drive organizational readiness for AI-enabled GTM operations and automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations.
  • 5+ years of experience with a significant focus on sales automation or sales technology.
  • 5+ years of experience with a significant focus on people management.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to think strategically and turn ambiguous concepts into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with sales automation tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Conga, Outreach, or Salesloft; implementation or optimization experience is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with productivity AI tools and business/data analysis tools.
  • Preferred: experience as a manager of managers.
  • Preferred: experience managing programs involving AI/ML integration into sales workflows.
  • Preferred: PMP or similar project management certification and experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
  • Preferred: familiarity with reporting and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Preferred: experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Preferred: Salesforce certification(s).

  • Competitive pay with an estimated base salary range of $132,640 to $165,800.
  • Target bonus opportunity of 17.5% when applicable.
