Description

Design machine learning solutions that are accurate, performant, secure, and scalable.
Build and maintain end-to-end AI/ML pipelines from data ingestion and feature engineering through model development, validation, and deployment.
Support production inference services by instrumenting metrics, logging, and telemetry to monitor model performance and operational health.
Participate in on-call rotations and execute progressive rollouts with standard mitigation strategies to keep services healthy.
Collaborate in planning, design, and code review discussions across product and technical workstreams.
Contribute to higher code quality by providing thoughtful review feedback.
Develop and deploy ML services and features in a collaborative engineering environment.
Work alongside senior engineers on complex architectural decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied ML.
Demonstrated proficiency in Python and at least one ML framework such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
Familiarity with NLP libraries such as Hugging Face Transformers, NLTK, or SpaCy.
Experience developing, testing, and deploying small-to-medium scoped ML services or features.
Experience with model versioning, experiment tracking, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Proficiency in Python or a similar object-oriented language.
Experience using Large or Small Language Models within software systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred: hands-on experience with conversational AI, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering in a production context.
Preferred: exposure to agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
Preferred: familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps tooling for testing, versioning, model registry, retraining, and monitoring.
