Description

  • Drive new customer acquisition and grow ACV across a specific set of enterprise accounts.
  • Source high-value prospects and manage the full sales process from internal leads through qualification to closing.
  • Create pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the contract process.
  • Build trust and maintain strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders at large enterprises.
  • Balance multiple priorities and manage several deals and projects simultaneously.
  • Develop pipeline through direct sales, partnerships, and networking.
  • Partner with decision-makers and cross-functional stakeholders to advance complex enterprise deals.
  • Maintain strong customer satisfaction while pursuing new business growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of personally selling and closing complex solutions to enterprise and software companies.
  • Strong experience identifying, mapping, and prospecting enterprise accounts.
  • Proven success selling complex technical solutions such as cloud communications platforms, APIs, and/or enterprise software.
  • Experience in account management and developing large enterprise clients, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 or similarly large enterprises.
  • Background in a quota-driven environment with the ability to close high-value deals, including six- to seven-figure deals.
  • Expertise in solution-based selling or consultative selling.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, including complex deals with long sales cycles.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic environment.
  • Preferred experience selling to both business and technical audiences.
  • Understanding of the CPaaS ecosystem, including cloud communications, APIs and integrations, telecommunications industry dynamics, and enterprise technology architecture.
  • Role must be based in the UK or Ireland.
  • Minimum of 25% travel anticipated.
