Description

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of 6-8 Strategic Account Executives focused on the regulated healthcare vertical.
  • Drive revenue growth and cross-sell Twilio’s new products within named accounts across North America.
  • Support the team in building and progressing pipeline and executing complex deals.
  • Lead strategic prospect and customer meetings and collaborate across functions to move opportunities forward.
  • Hold weekly 1:1 meetings with each team member to provide deal guidance, motivation, and career development support.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and deliver reliable weekly forecast information to upper management.
  • Manage forecasting, fiscal planning, and revenue tracking for major accounts in the region.
  • Develop strong consultative relationships with external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Share best practices and knowledge with the broader team to improve regional results.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of technical solutions selling experience.
  • 4+ years of experience managing account managers or strategic account executives in the Enterprise segment.
  • Experience selling a platform or SaaS solution.
  • Experience with Contact Centers, Messaging, Call Tracking, or other communication solutions is preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Experience building high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience managing forecasting, fiscal planning, and revenue tracking for major accounts.
  • Data-driven methodology with strong quantitative analytical skills, including pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work remotely from an eligible location; role is not eligible in CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, or Washington DC.
  • Approximately 15% travel is required.
