Description

  • Define and execute product strategy for a major portion of the Activation suite.
  • Own the product roadmap from conception through launch.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams focused on campaign management and creative development to deliver new capabilities.
  • Develop services that improve operational efficiency and scale across the advertiser and campaign lifecycle.
  • Partner with Legal, Security, and Data teams to ensure compliance with CCPA, GDPR, and other global privacy regulations.
  • Write detailed product requirements, data specifications, and user stories for Engineering and Infrastructure teams.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators such as feature adoption and revenue influenced.
  • Lead product portfolio growth by identifying strategic opportunities and overseeing continuous product enhancement.
  • Serve as a central liaison between tvScientific and Pinterest to align roadmaps, specifications, and delivery timelines.
  • Communicate risks, progress, and tradeoffs transparently while facilitating joint problem-solving across stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital advertising product management.
  • Extensive experience working with internal and external technical engineering teams to develop and deploy public services infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated expertise in activation workflows, schemas, and architecture within large-scale advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience working with substantial datasets.
  • Technical acumen across APIs, data pipelines, and software applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Strong foundational understanding of ad technology, with Connected TV experience preferred.
  • Experience in programmatic advertising and digital media procurement is preferred.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in the advertising technology sector is preferred.
  • Agile or Scrum certification or specialized training is preferred.
  • Experience building industry partnerships and collaborating with external stakeholders is preferred.
  • Fluency in additional languages relevant to the ad technology marketplace is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $164,695 to $339,078 USD for U.S.-based applicants.
  • Role is eligible for equity.
  • Remote-eligible role with in-office collaboration required only 1-2 times per quarter.
  • No relocation assistance is provided.
