Description

  • Partner with internal teams and operational leaders to design and build operational infrastructure that supports day-to-day work and client needs.
  • Lead the Scrum Team for Field Success Enablement and related workstreams.
  • Assess current cross-functional workflows, identify gaps, and define improvements for field-facing and customer service operations.
  • Own and execute the product roadmap for the Field Enablement workstream, including account management and customer success capabilities.
  • Translate product strategy into actionable concepts, timelines, and projects.
  • Build and maintain short- and long-term roadmaps that maximize value while minimizing risk.
  • Serve as the primary product authority for Salesforce Service Cloud implementation with a field-facing orientation.
  • Drive the vision and delivery of Agentic AI and automation within Salesforce to streamline workflows and improve customer operations.
  • Coordinate rollout of new workflows with functional leaders, including documentation, training, and change support.
  • Partner with engineering and data leaders to update data infrastructure and support operational workflows.
  • Lead product forums, Steering Committee meetings, and business council meetings to align senior stakeholders and resolve trade-offs.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in product management or process innovation roles.
  • 6+ years of related leadership experience.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce; Admin or Consultant certification is preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering CRM transformations in a field-facing, Customer Success, or Customer Service context.
  • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, and Flow is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in health care, life sciences, or related industries is strongly preferred; clinical experience is a plus.
  • Experience in customer success, client performance management, or client operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, ideally in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to set and drive quantitative goals.
  • Ability to build business strategies for complex, enterprise-wide problems and gain alignment across senior stakeholders.
